Course Outcomes:

 

CO1: Perform the modelling as well as coding for Fault analysis (for 3 to 6 bus) and verify the results using MATLAB for the following faults: 

the cases: (i) LG Fault (ii) LLG Fault (iii) LL Fault and (iv) 3-Phase Fault

CO2: Analyze the Load flow analysis for a given system (for 3 to 6 bus) using Newton Raphson method and study the various methods of Load flow analysis.

CO3: Comprehend the necessity of limits of voltage in power system and perform the voltage security analysis of selected power system network.

CO4: Identify the conditions causing the system overloading, perform overload security analysis, obtain results for a given problem using MATLAB, and perform the transient stability analysis of a given network using MATLAB Software.

CO5: Optimize a power system network for performing economic load dispatch by the Lagrange Multiplier method.
