TOPAZ is the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of SKIT that focuses on learning by doing. It conducts events which help students understanding the business better. The activities conducted are highly productive and creates a mindset to solve a problem in a realistic manner. The Cell functions as a team and students get the exposure of working in a team and thus they build their skills.TOPAZ was formed on 23rd December 2008 with a mission of creating an Entrepreneurial mindset among students. 

Since then the dedicated members of TOPAZ have been learning and experiencing the spirit of Entrepreneurship. In a Short span of about 3 years TOPAZ has built its relationship with many Entrepreneurs and Eminent Personalities across the Globe. It has also completed its certificate course for 54 students which include students from other institutes as well.

It organizes a number of activities like Inter College Business Plan Presentation, Idea Generation,

Business Quiz and a lot more. Not only has this Team TOPAZ won competitions in different institutes but have also been active in attending Entrepreneurship Summits across the Country. 

TOPAZ was national runner-ups during the E-WEEK 2009 and 2010 celebration which was organized in more than 400 colleges by National Entrepreneurship Network.
